20008 Bobber Style Rigid Frames For Big Twin
These HARDBODY Frames were designed and manufactured with both in mind. Made to fit Panhead, Shovelhead or Big Twin Evolution with solid mount engine. A Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is included.
1 1/2" O.D. Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) .188" wall tubing for backbone strength
1 1/4" O.D. Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) .120" wall tubing for cradle and tail strength
Additional clearance built-in at backbone for Evolution style engine with up to .200" taller cylinder/head length. Allows rear rocker box to be serviced without removal of entire engine
Will accept 4 or 5 speed transmission
TIG welded on all new hardened tooling for the most accurate fit possible
Dual gussets at front & rear motor mounts and at transmission mounts
Boxed lower seat post mount
Welded on exhaust hanger mount
Fully machined hour glass style steering neck
Fork lock tab
Softail style seat front mounting tab
